Lord Mayor’s Show & Fireworks

On Saturday, 08 November Lord Mayor’s parade will begin at 9am and feature the Queen’s barge, the Gloriana which you can view along the river or any bridge. The Magna Carta will be taken by coach with Alderman Alan Yarrow, the next Lord Mayor of the City of London (also called the Square Mile).

At 5:15pm, the parade’s end, the new mayor will launch a fireworks show that takes place over the River Thames. One of London’s most impressive displays, it is best viewed between Waterloo Bridge and Blackfriars Bridge.
