Off the Beaten Road…

Sure, you’ve lusted over baked goods at Borough, browsed through antiques at Portobello, and considered a spontaneous piercing at Camden… but have you visited the other amazing markets that London has to offer?

If you haven’t, not to worry. There is still plenty of time to go and see and if you don’t know where to start, we’ve put together a little list for you to try.

South Kensington Farmer’s Market

This one isn’t far. Roll out of bed and go over in your pyjamas if you must. This market is on weekly, every Saturday starting at 9 AM. All food is grown, raised or caught directly from the farm or fishermen.

Hoxton Street Market

On one of London’s quirkiest streets, the Hoxton Street Market is open Monday through Saturday 7:30am to 6:00pm. You can find food, clothes and home goods here.

Alfie’s Antiques

You can smell the history just by looking at the picture. It is the UK’s biggest indoor antique market, filled with precious old things and attracting tourists and collectors from all over the world. Get you next keepsake here.
