Music/Art/Architecture lovers take note – Wilton’s Music Hall near the iconic Tower Bridge has something for everyone.
It’s the oldest surviving music hall in the world. Wilton’s start as a Sailor’s pub (Hello sailors!) in Victorian times before in became a Methodist Mission before the Blitz of WWII. It is now a venue for theatre productions and live music with a quirky cocktail bar and in-house cafe.
What is remarkable about Wilton’s is how many original features of the building are preserved – no polish or smoothing of the rough edges – just old-fashioned charm and a fab place to spend the evening.
