South Kensington isn’t known for it’s cheap eats (notable exceptions include Rocca di Pappa on Old Brompton Road, Cote on High Street Kensington’s pre-fixe menu, and your kitchen), but if you’re willing to venture a little further, there are delicious cheap eats a plenty.
There is plentiful street food at several of London’s markets – great places to sample food from around the world. Camden, Borough, and Brick Lane are especially popular. Have a walk around, meet local farmers & artisans, and try their delicious products. Some markets also include books, vintage clothes, jewellery, and art work.
